WHAT THINGS ARE TRULY IN MY CONTROL?

I can organize mi day to impulse my personal goals. I feel stressless and with an accomplishment feeling when I complete small tasks throughout the day. This wellbeing reflects on my career, health, relationships and mood overall.

That I can control, but even if I can’t accomplish it on any given day. I still know that it is alright. I can still do it next day.

Usually at the end of the day, theres some improvement at any area of my life. There’s some activities that I can do and control that will make me feel good, accomplished, just right.

A good way to do it, is to think childish. Play a mind game, take a walk. Do something that is so small it is easy to achieve, but that will benefit you in one way or another. If you multiply this for many days you’ll be surprise how long you can go. And everything is done by tasks that you have control on. I like to call this, taking BABY steps.
