What am I blaming on chance or luck that’s really on me?
Probably anything related to my job and carreer. I definitely just wait on things to happen, on clients to come to me, even if my service is phenomenal.
I put in the work, put off fires, follow up on clients etc… But actually I’m not doing the work i’m supposed to do to bring new clients and business.
Finding clients is the most difficult goal, at least for me. I’m always focusing in customer service, but just with clients I already have.
I’m not visualizing how to create new business connections, even worse, I’m not working towards gaining them. The day to day operations makes me procrastinate on getting new businesses.
This is a full time job. But it doesn’t pays every time, and that’s very frustrating.
I just hope the awareness I’m feeling right now by writing this, will help reach a higher level on my carreer. If you, reader, like this personal thoughts, please clap this post.
